In general, our services include, the design and fabrication of prototype sensors and systems for industrial and clinical analyzers, the design and fabrication of PC-based instruments, computer programming applications, and the integration of computers into classrooms, offices, and laboratories Third-Party R&D's cirQED® Rotation Analyzer is a new PC-Based tool for acquiring characteristic data from rotary sensors and diagnostic information to allow definitive performance analysis. The acquisition of data directly onto an Excel spreadsheet is just one of the outstanding features that make it the instrument of choice for rotation analysis with rotary sensors. cirQED® accepts a wide range of sensors, including HallPot® Angle Sensors, Sin-Cos HallPot® Resolvers, Resistor-Based Potentiometers, and even transformer type sensors that require special external amplifiers, such as RVDT's. cirQED® RA acquires representative data and evaluates and characterizes device performance in terms of device output versus displacement angle or discrete angular step, output signal versus time, and frequency components/structure revealed by FFT analysis of the output. Generally, a test sensor is attached "directly" to the cirQED® RA system with a signal cable and shaft coupler. The performance of other types of rotary devices can be analyzed "indirectly" in cirQED® RA by coupling its shaft to a rotary sensor that is "directly" attached by cable. Third-Party R&D's IDRA®, an instrument for dynamically determining mechanical properties of complex materials such as skin, is currently undergoing some major manufacturing engineering improvements. IDRA® (Integrated Dynamic Rebound Analyzer) is a PC-based ballistometer which simultaneously determines the coefficient of restitution (COR), the cutaneous absorption coefficient(CAC), stiffness (IMPACT FORCE/DEFORMATION) and a number of other characteristic mechanical properties, all within a few seconds. In addition, consultation is provided for electroanalytical applications, analytical instrument design, and for design and implementation of Microsoft Networks. |
